What is Follco.com?

Follco is a Private Communication Platform that allows companies to share feature rich content in a secure, encrytpted, GDPR Compliant manner. Follco allows company admins to have complete control of the private information shared while the Follco App enhances end user experience by delivering content direct to their mobile handset.

How secure is it?

The short version: We take your privacy seriously and do everything in our power to protect your personal data.

The long version: Our safety procedures and technologies maintain the security of all personal data from the point of collection to the point of destruction.

We maintain data security by protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data, defined as follows:

Confidentiality means that only people who are authorised to use the data can access it.

Is Follco available for mobile?

Yes, our app is available for iOS mobile (https://www.apple.com/ie/ios/app-store/) and Google Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps). Both versions are free to download and are tablet compatible.

Does Follco follow GDPR guidelines?

STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH EU GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

This serves to confirm that Follco Limited of Cul Na Greine, Crossbarry, Innishannon, Co.

Cork, Ireland has been assessed under independent review for demonstration of compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Satisfied that Follco can provide demonstrable proof of compliance with the Data Protection Principles as enshrined in Article 5 of the GDPR.

Satisfied that Follco has embedded Privacy by Design and Default as enshrined in

Article 25 of the GDPR within and throughout the Follco platform and systems.

Satisfied that Follco has implemented and can provide demonstrable proof of compliance with the applicable requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) relating to Data Protection Officers, Records of Processing Activities and Data Protection Impact Assessments.

Satisfied that Follco has performed adequate due diligence on vendors, suppliers and third parties as required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Satisfied that Follco has implemented policy and procedure that give effect to the exercise of rights afforded to data subjects under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Satisfied that Follco has implemented breach detection and management policy and procedure to give effect to risk assessment and reporting requirements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
